Assistant Account Manager : Partnerships & Alliances (P&A)
1) General Summary :
The Assistant Account Manager: P&A works closely with the Head: Corporate Development to manage the company's relationship with its Healthcare Services Partners (HSPs). Such partners are either well known Diagnostics Clinics, Labs, Hospitals or Startups from the Healthcare space. The Assistant Account Manager: P&A is the single point of contact for any of the company's HSPs and actively communicate with the HSP's single point of contact.
2) Job Purpose :
i) To establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the company's HSPs.
ii) To coordinate with the HSP's representative on a day-to-day basis for routine business requirements.
iii) To understand the HSP's business offerings (types of health tests or other healthcare services) and ensure coordination with the company's Enterprise Sales Teams, operations teams and accounting team, such that the company's clients are provided with the service quality they expect from the company.
iv) To assess the HSP's business dynamics and explore opportunities to work closely with the partner.
v) To work closely with the immediate reporting manager on all aspects of partnership and alliances for the Company.
3) Job Description :
i) Understand the service that the company provides to its corporate/enterprise clients.
ii) Understand the specific business need that the company is solving for its corporate/enterprise clients.
iii) Find, partner and coordinate with Health Services Partners (HSPs) to be able to provide the service that the Company's Clients are looking for - an ideal commercial terms.
iv) Research about the HSP representative and accompany the company's management team to meet with the representative.
v) Maintain meticulous notes of all HSP tasks and communications.
vi) Prepare reports from time to time.
vii) Collaborate with the company's Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances and Operations teams as needed.
4) Ideal Candidate Background :
i. Bachelor's degree from any credible college/university in India.
ii. Preferably from Mumbai or permanently based in Mumbai.
iii. At least one of the following skills of communication - Spoken, and Written.
