QB Health Technologies - Assistant Account Manager - Enterprise Vertical (1-5 yrs)
1) General Summary :
Note: This position is NOT in the Accounting and Finance field
The Assistant Account Manager works closely with the Manager: Enterprise Clients to manage the company's relationship with its corporate customers. Such customers, also known as - Enterprise Clients- are large Indian companies, that have an average of 1000 employees working for them and come from varied industries such as Food Services, Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing and others. The Manager: Enterprise Clients and Assistant Account Manager is the single point of contact for any of the company's clients and actively communicate with the client's single point of contact (HR Head, Administrative Head, CFO or CEO).
2) Job Purpose :
i) To establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the company's corporate clients.
ii) To coordinate with the client's representative on a day-to-day basis for routine business requirements.
iii) To understand the client's business requirements and ensure coordination with the company's internal operations teams, such that the client is provided with the service quality they expect from the company.
iv) To assess the client's business dynamics and explore opportunities to provide additional services to the client.
v) To work closely with the immediate reporting manager on all aspects of Client Account Management.
3) Job Description :
i) Understand the service that the company provides to its corporate/enterprise clients.
ii) Understand the specific business need that the company is solving for its corporate/enterprise clients.
iii) Review the type of clients, as well as the industries they belong to while researching the industry-specific business needs.
iv) Research about the client representative and accompany the company's management team to meet with the representative.
v) Maintain meticulous notes of all Client tasks and communications.
vi) Prepare reports from time to time.
vii) Collaborate with the company's Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances and Operations teams as needed.
4) Ideal Candidate Background :
i. Graduate from a Hotel Management background (English medium college/university in India).
ii. A working executive from an advertising / PR agency.
iii. Preferably from Mumbai or permanently based in Mumbai.
iv. At least one of the following skills of communication - Spoken, and Written.
