Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage and implement online and email marketing initiatives.
2. Design, develop and distribute content marketing deliverables.
3. Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
4. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors.
5. Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools, performance marketing
6. Manage established partnership relationships
7. Participate in key industry organizations
Skills and Competencies :
1. Understanding of SaaS based solutions. Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is highly valuable
2. Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
3. Structured thinking, attention to details, able to exercise independent judgment and discretion
4. Technologically-savvy and resourceful
5. Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude
7. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
8. Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency
9. Passionate about startups and the Internet ecosystem
1. Full Time MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-school
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
3. Experience with social media tools
4. Familiarity with SEO and keyword research best practices
5. Familiarity with CMS and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics) a plus
6. Experience with writing and editing copy a plus
