- PV Diagnostics is a leading solar power plant technical consultant offering due diligence, engineering, diagnostic, performance improvement and quality control solutions in India. In simple terms, doctors for solar power plants and provide solutions to maximize electricity generation from the plant.

- PV Diagnostics is a 4-year-old profitable company with marquee clients such as Acme, Adani, Tata Power, Renew Power, KKR, Brookfield, and top equity firms. The core team comes from IIT Bombay and industry veterans with a cumulative experience of 40+ years in the solar industry, spread across the solar value chain.

- PVD has an ace solar technology team and is now also building a cloud-based platform to enable our customers with proactive diagnostics and predictive maintenance.

About the role : 

We are looking for a smart and energetic candidate to support in market research and backend sales activities. In this role, you should be able to provide insightful market research regarding the given problem statement to improve the company's visibility and expansion strategy. Also, you will be supporting in various backend sales process like proposal making, document proof-reading, data and document organization, internal BD management, etc.

What you'll do : 

- Conduct market research of new product verticals to identify key customers, revenue and growth potential and support in developing a Business Development strategy.

- Proposal making

- Gather insights from the market research and support in its applicability in business development strategy

- Support the business development team in smooth functioning of various sales related activities

- Co-ordinate with Technical team and provide regular update to the Sales team

- Co-ordinate with BD and technical team for any possible delays in the delivery of projects in advance.

- Maintain the sales operations databased up to date

Basic Qualification : 

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology. Relevant experience of 1 year would be preferable.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and windows-based applications
