Pushpin Group - Assistant General Manager - Sales & Marketing (7-15 yrs)
Reputed Bangalore based Real Estate Developer is currently hiring for an experienced, smart & dynamic professional to overlook Sales & Marketing.
Candidate must possess :
- Good degree from a recognized university in India
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Sales in the Real Estate Industry, preferably in Bangalore
- Experience handling HNI clients, luxury projects particularly villas and apartments
- Professional fluency in at least 2 languages including English
- Strong verbal and analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and business acumen, adaptable with dynamic work environment and highly-team oriented
- Ability to work efficiently and proactively on multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality
- Good leadership ability and experience in managing people
- Good knowledge of Real Estate Market
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervise, motivate and drive the sales team
- Showcase our projects in an appealing fashion
- Develop healthy relationships with clients to engage them and gain their trust
- Handle negotiations for final sales closures
- Stay constantly updated with new marketing techniques in the industry to ensure latest practices
- Prepare timely periodic reports to document workflow and progress to senior management
- Work with other departments to improve the sales funnel and overall customer satisfaction
