Job Description :
Role : Inside Sales Executive
Location : Mumbai (For now, it is Work-from-Home)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- You would be in charge of contacting leads (who have just completed the trial class) to sell our coding courses to them.
- There is NO cold-calling. Our sales team contacts the parent by Zoom video call, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Our conversion rate currently is upwards of 15%.
- High performers with excellent communication skills are required.
Key Requirements :
- Very fluent in English speaking and writing
- A flair & eagerness for sales
Working Days :
- 1 day off in a week.
- Working on Saturday & Sunday (since lead volume is highest)
- Working hours on weekdays (6 am - 6 pm / 6 pm to 6 am). There will be 4 hours of a break during the shift. Also, the candidate must be flexible with the work schedule
