The curriculum has been designed in collaboration with two top global institutes- Massachusetts Institute of technology (MIT) and Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve on the front line by connecting and engaging with customers
- You would be on the phone cold calling within your assigned territory and emailing prospective customers. As we all know, sales are a numbers game!
- Prospect leads, identify decision makers, establish relationships with key players to generate interest, develop accounts and stimulate opportunities.
- Requires strong relationship management, sales support, and account maintenance/management skills in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recognize the customer's key challenges in their business operations and match products and solutions to the customer's area of need.
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly quotas.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of one years of work experience
- Passionate for education industry
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in English
