Purple Finance - Relationship Manager - Sales (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business performance from DA, Open market and build Business Relationship.
- Target new client acquisition through sourcing of leads and business conversation in conjunction with Channel Partners, Open Market and Business Relationship.
- Financial parameters (ownership)
- Application sourcing / login
- Disbursement Numbers
- Portfolio health
- Collections upto - 60 DPDs
- Service TAT
- Loan disbursal in < 5 days
- Understand each component of process chain & drive it effectively and ensure all participants delivers cohesively to meet the committed TAT on disbursal
- Address all customer queries with utmost transparency & promptness
Role Proficiencies :
- Must have work exp. 1-5 yrs. with Banks/NBFC and dealing in LAP/mortgages products
- Should be technology inclined and agile thinker
- High energy level
- Good client servicing skills,
- Coverage understanding of MMR region
- Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales/Cross-sell
