Purido Foods - Area Sales Manager - Sloopy (5-11 yrs)
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products in assigned area.
- Reaching the sales targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your channel of distributions.
- Appointment of ss/db in vacant area
- Visit every ss/db and market for sales growth and business development.
- Daily reporting to office with live location for 8 hours
- Setting sales targets for individual ss/sr/so and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training and allocating area to below sales staff
- Must be maintaining roi against sales revenues. (max. Sales team budget 4%)
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for assigned area
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Prepare mis reports for assigned area with monthly, quarterly and yearly plan.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors market acitivities I.E. Scheme, promotions etc.
- Other activities assigned by marketing dept. Of the company
CTC up to 4.8 Lakhs P.A.
