Puretech - Search Engine Optimization Trainer - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
We are currently hiring for an SEO Trainer role with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO training and mentoring and SEO team.
Responsibilities:
- Induction of all new joiners in the SEO team at all levels.
- Introduction to the clientele, project processes, SEO Tools, Project Management Systems, and File Formats.
- Creating yearly skill assessment tests in line with ongoing industry updates for all designations within the SEO team.
- Maintaining MIS of core-domain skillsets across each of the designation levels within the SEO team.
- To support, mentor, and train new employees in the team.
- To design and implement training programs based on skill gaps identified during the assessment.
- Design & Prepare use-cases, SOPs, reporting frameworks based on ongoing updates in the SEO industry.
- Preparing content in the form of Blogs, Whitepapers, Podcasts which can be published on leading media platforms
Skills We are Looking for:
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of how websites, CMS, Domain Names, and Hosting work.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of Industry-leading tools such as Screaming Frog, AHREFs, SemRush, Majestic & others
