About the Role :

- We are seeking a talented and passionate Online Community Manager to join our team and manage our presence on Quora. As the Online Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content, fostering discussions, and building a strong brand reputation within the Quora community.

Responsibilities :

Content Creation :

- Monitor Quora for brand and industry-related questions.

- Develop informative and engaging content in response to user queries, leveraging insights from Quora and understanding of BFSI.

- Ensure content adheres to Quora's guidelines and best practices.

Community Management :

- Actively participate in relevant Quora communities, fostering discussions and building relationships with users.

- Monitor and address brand mentions and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Identify opportunities to promote brand awareness and thought leadership within the Quora community.

Analytics & Reporting :

- Track key metrics related to community engagement and content performance.

- Regularly report on community health and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

- 1-3 years of experience in online community management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of Quora and its functionalities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- A passion for BFSI and a desire to learn more.

- Ability to create engaging and informative content.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.

- A plus : Understanding of basic finance concepts.
