- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Automation(Email Marketing) Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing automation strategies, ensuring customer engagement and retention. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your digital marketing knowledge and learn about the practical aspects of driving user lifecycle journeys and improving retention rates.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End User Lifecycle Journey : Collaborate with the marketing team to drive the complete user lifecycle journey, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. Assist in the development of engagement and retention strategies.

Data Analysis : Dive deep into customer data to extract meaningful insights about user behavior. Utilize this data to inform and optimize onboarding, activation, acceleration, retention, and resurrection campaigns.

Tool Proficiency : Leverage marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Webengage, etc., to create and execute campaigns. Measure and report on the success of these campaigns, driving improvements in conversion rates.

Product Communication : Develop and manage the product communication strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the performance marketing, product, and content teams to provide recommendations and support for customer engagement and retention campaigns.

Marketing Planning : Contribute to the creation of weekly and monthly marketing plans and budgets across various marketing channels.

Customer Lifecycle Management : Participate in efforts to build marketing capabilities and track the effectiveness of campaigns in enhancing customer retention.

Campaign Execution : Ensure the timely and flawless execution of CRM campaigns through multiple channels, including SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app marketing. Utilize third-party tools for automation and message quality.

Retention Metrics Improvement : Assist in strategizing and executing initiatives aimed at improving key retention metrics, such as repeat rate, percentage of repeat revenue, and revenue per customer.

Customer Segmentation : Collaborate on building retention marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation, ensuring personalized and relevant messaging.

Survey and Research : Conduct surveys and research to gain a deeper understanding of repeat customer behavior and habits.

Performance Analysis : Analyze and track performance data related to activation, engagement, retention, and churn, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Completed a Bachelor's degree and a Digital Marketing course.

- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Creative thinking and a passion for marketing and automation.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
