Pureplay Skin Sciences - Assistant Manager - Social Media (1-4 yrs)
Purpose - Why does it exist?
We- re looking for a social savant to help build our presence on social media, engage in meaningful consumer conversations, and keep abreast of digital trends.
Key Performance Indicators
High-engagement content dissemination, effective management of content and design pipeline, aligning content with business & brand objectives, driving social growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conceptualizing & creating engaging, meaningful content for social media (especially, but not only IG feed & stories)
2. Plan & execute content strategies in line with brand & business objectives
3. Effectively manage promotions for said channels
4. Identify and execute relevant collaborations
5. Work with a team of designers to create marketing collateral for social channels
6. Work with internal or external visual content producers to produce visual content
7. Active member of the brand team - contributing to marketing brainstorms, launch communication etc.
Experience & Qualification
Preferred:
1. 1-2 years of work experience in communications
2. Experience working on social media for consumer brands
3. Degree in communications / marketing with a good academic record
4. Hands-on time with copywriting, visual content production, working with design teams
Mandatory:
5. Experience with YouTube content creation is a plus
6. Experience with beauty brands in particular
Preferred is to have candidates in and around Mumbai and who can join us in 15 -30 days
