Pureplay Skin Sciences - Assistant Content Manager (3-6 yrs)
Purpose - Why does it exist?
We- re looking for a communications wiz to help create creative and focused content across our growing set of consumer touchpoints - digital and otherwise.
Key Performance Indicators
High-engagement content dissemination, effective management of content and design pipeline, aligning content with business & brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conceptualizing & creating consumer centric communication including but not limited to marketing campaigns, launch campaigns, offer campaigns, digital ads, products, YouTube scripts
2. Develop in depth understanding of product & create easy-to-read, easy-to-view, easy-to-discover product content for digital sales channel
3. Work with a team of designers to create marketing collateral
4. Work with internal or external visual content producers to produce visual content
5. Active member of the brand team - contributing to marketing brainstorms, launch communication etc.
Experience & Qualification
Preferred:
1. 3-4 years of work experience in communications
2. Experience with consumer brands
3. Masters or MBA in communications / marketing with a good academic record
4. Hands-on time with copywriting, visual content production, working with design teams
Mandatory:
5. Experience with YouTube content creation is a plus
6. Experience with digital communications for beauty brands in particular
Preferred is to have candidates in and around Mumbai and having a notice period of 15-30 days
