Location : Malad East, Mumbai

- Our growing firm is looking for an experienced and ambitious branch manager to oversee all functions of our new location. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area. We're specifically looking for natural leaders who know what it takes to guide a team to success in a new business region. The successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency and accountability above all else.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The primary focus is to bring new business from new clients.

- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.

- Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how we can meet their needs.

- Schedule meetings with the sales team and do follow ups for confirmation.

- Cold calling and market research to locate the potential vendors/clients.

- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.

- Enthusiastic about generating new business for the organization.

- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.

- Expert in delivery management/client servicing.

- POC to all B2B clients (corporate sectors, retail and hospitality sectors).

- POC to manage platforms like IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Website and social accounts.

Desired candidates' profile:

- The candidate must possess a proven ability to prospect, develop business and build relationships.

- In addition, they must demonstrate a strong customer focus and personal leadership and solid negotiation and presentation skills.

- Individuals experienced in sales and account management who are persistence and have a strong drive to win over new clients and build new business are the best fit.
