- Prowareness Gurgaon is looking for passionate sales personnel

- We need sales personnel to generate business, grow sales volume across the UK market.

- They would be accountable for initiating new business prospects.

- The incumbent is expected have deep understanding of market & competition and capable of developing appropriate winning sales strategies and their applying them often in conjunction with Partners.

Associated Responsibilities :

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

- Responsible for developing strategies, identifying new markets and industries in a geographical area

- Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.

- Ensuring effective achievement of targets.

- Generating sales leads through execution of aggressive and innovative selling efforts.

- Find opportunities to develop business by identifying the potential customers.

- Monitoring industry trends as well as competition.

Skills Required :

- Education Any Graduate / Any post graduate

- Experience: 3+Years

- Experience in UK market would be an added advantage

Good To Have:

- Should be good in Inside Sales.

- Good in cold calling.

- Experience in selling Agile Training Programs.

- Maintaining and increasing sales of Agile groups products and services

- Knowledge of Agile and related frameworks, understanding the terms would be an added asset

- Prior experience in selling Professional training programs would be an - added advantage.

- Should be passionate about sales.

- Ability to manage substantial number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors

- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
