Provilac - Executive - Business Development - Milk (5-6 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in the Milk and dairy product distribution industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Milk distribution industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new products and services that could be offered
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers and suppliers
- Manage and monitor sales performance, and report to the management team on a regular basis
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Development Executive role within the Dairy Milk distribution industry
- Strong understanding of the Dairy Milk distribution industry, including supply chain and logistics
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
