Our headquarters is in Pune, Maharashtra, and we also operate in Mumbai and Hyderabad. Our focus is on delivering hormone- and antibiotic-free milk devoid of adulteration to our valued customers through quality checks, cold storage logistics, and delivery processes.
Role Description
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the General Trade channel, aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities through offline marketing initiatives, focusing on shops, societies, Malls, and corporates.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Design and implement promotional programs, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Negotiate trade terms and pricing to ensure profitability.
- Monitor campaign performance and measure marketing ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in General Trade marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and trade marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in general trade sales, preferably in the dairy or food industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new business relationships
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software
