Provident Housing - Executive/Senior Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive -
Responsibilities :
- Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Company's projects
- Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
- Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
- Following up the leads on daily basis.
- Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Experience :
- 1-4 years of experience in handling customer through phone
Qualification :
- Any Graduates/12th STD
