- Conduct market research to identify the selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Managing email marketing campaigns

- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search in scientific databases scientific publications, and email/telephone contact with researchers who are potential customers.

- Lead generation

- Lead the Direct Marketing initiative by email marketing, reaching the decision-makers and selling IT outsourcing services

- Qualify prospects.

- Research on targeted companies and contacts

- Handle complete ownership of the lead from prospecting to qualifying

- Manage sales CRM
