Marketing and Sales Lead

Looking to recruit an awesome sales/marketing team member in our start up social enterprise to boost the sales of DESKIT.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. More than 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing.

2. Very good communication and articulation skills in English is expected. Sound knowledge of more number of languages is always an added benefit for a sales person.

3. Experience in organizational B2B and B2G selling and ability to close orders by convincing CSR teams, Government Officials, Secretaries and Ministers.

4. Willingness to travel frequently for sales pitches and negotiations.

General Details:

1. An Office Space shall be provided in NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore.

2. The job requires extensive traveling (fully paid) and the candidate shall be responsible to cover 5 major cities namely Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai for various sales meetings.

3. Regular backend support shall be provided by PROSOC team by generating regular Business Development Leads.

Salary/Honorarium Details:

Basic Salary of INR 30k to 60k per month is applicable with a Success Fee on mutually agreed terms on Successful Sales Closure. Based on a realistic estimate, PROSOC team projects the Success Fee range from INR 25k to 100k per month depending on the order closing capacity of the candidate!
