What does this role hold for you- ??

- Building and hiring a strong team of sales professionals

- On-boarding new members, inducting them into basics of Real Estate sales and in the pitch; explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly - Assisting the team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings - Interfacing with Central Marketing & Technology Team to facilitate adequate leads/ marketing support for team members

- Interfacing with Developer Relations team to ensure a clear understanding of the focus properties among team members

- Executing on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporates, clubs etc. to generate local self-leads for the team

- Establishing client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate businesses through direct & indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded

Apply if you have-

- Experience in direct sales in a team leading role

- Good selling and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects

- High levels of passion and ownership
