Real Estate Consultant
Candidates with experience in sales of real estate projects, dealing with plots.
Should be capable of engaging and materializing door to door campaigns, site visits, follow up, lead generation, road shows, exhibitions etc and deliver leads. Candidates with self-drive, confidence and flair for selling will be offered the best target-based salary & incentive packages. Lead generation from different sources like web, calling, events, references etc. Pitch the unique features of the project to the potential customers. Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Attend to customers during site visit.
- Explain full project details to customers, Price, amenities, Loan process, Payments etc.
- Take customer into confidence to close the sale.
- Be in contact with potential customers by follow up on phone, mails.
- Communicate with potential customers and present the project.
- Attend to daily walk-in's and follow up with the customers.
- Explain about documentation, AOS, Payments plan.
- Should have weekly targets of sales closings and weekly reporting to management.
