Job Description :

1. Maintaining and Developing Relationships with Existing Customers In Person through meeting and visit.

2. Telephone Calls and Emails.

3. Reviewing Your Own Sales Performance, Aiming To Meet Or Exceed Targets-Gaining

4. A Clear Understanding of Customers' Businesses and Requirements.

5. Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business

6. Effective And Positive Real Estate Negotiating Skills.

7. Listening To Customer Requirements and Presenting Appropriately To Make a Sale.

8. Target Achiever and responsible for accompanying clients for site visit and generating revenue.

Requirements :

Candidate must have own vehicle, good communication, aware of the Delhi - NCR area, career oriented, hardworking, disciplined, can work with the team.
