Proposal Writer (Remote for US/ Canada)
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Location : Bangalore/ Remote
Shift- 12PM to 8PM
Must have :
- Experience in US or Canada Markets for proposal writing of technical product/ services
- Experience specifically in 'Proposal Writing'
Job Description :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs for US, Canada, India to understand information technology service and product requirements
- Prepare proposal outlines with detailed section guidelines
- Coordinate and follow-up with internal teams for proposal components and stitch the components into the proposal response in - one-voice-
- Synthesize detailed information by researching technical topics through websites, blogs, forums etc. and by talking to SMEs, Technical Architects, etc. and apply them in bid responses
- Ensure that the spellings and grammar used in sentences are in accordance with the required communication style
- Ensure proposals are concise, well-written, compliant with requirements, and positioned appropriately as per the Company's value proposition
Secondary Responsibilities :
- Create technology-related case studies, success stories, and other artifacts
- Maintain the internal knowledge repository by regularly updating and improving boilerplate write-ups.
Desired Profile :
- Relevant experience in Proposal writing for US or Canada Markets is required
- Ability to study and quickly understand Company's service and product offerings and Customers- business requirements
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong written and oral English language skills at a native language- proficiency level
- Ability to work under demanding timelines whenever required
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
