PropGuys Consulting - Specialist - Sales Support/Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
1. Manage the customer database for marketing and support
2. Handle customer inbound and outbound calls
3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
4. Assessing customer needs and challenges
5. Manage customer support tools
6. Customer Service via phone, email and chat
7. Maintains composure and patience with customers
8. Follow up with Sales Team and customers to further closure process
9. Track customer data on daily basis
10. Sharing daily reports with management
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Minimum 1-2 years of Sales-Support experience
2. Command over English and Hindi Language
