- A Regional Manager for Home Loans is a senior leadership role within a financial institution, typically a bank or mortgage company, responsible for overseeing and managing the home loans division in a specific geographic region. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the growth, profitability, and compliance of the home loans business within their designated region. Here are the key responsibilities and duties associated with the role:

1. Sales and Business Development : Drive the growth of the home loans portfolio by setting and achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and developing and implementing sales strategies.


2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of home loan officers, loan processors, and support staff. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets its objectives.


3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the region's housing and mortgage market. Use this information to make informed business decisions.


4. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key clients, such as real estate agents, builders, developers, and other stakeholders involved in the home buying process.


5. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight : Ensure that all home loan operations within the region comply with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. This includes adherence to underwriting guidelines and disclosure requirements.

6. Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of the home loans division against key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets. Make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.


7. Product Development : Work with product development teams to introduce new home loan products and services that are tailored to the region's specific needs and demands.


8. Budget Management : Develop and manage the budget for the regional home loans division, including expenses, marketing, and staffing.


9. Reporting and Communication : Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance and challenges within the region. Keep the executive team informed about market conditions and opportunities.

10. Customer Service and Satisfaction : Ensure that customers have a positive experience during the home loan process by maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.


Primary Responsibilities :

- Business Financials Daily Weekly Monthly monitoring of the accomplishment of targets according to the annual monthly targets established for the area and branches under his/her responsibility to provide guidance and solutions to his team as required

- Assign targets and results on daily weekly monthly basis of portfolio of risk by different categories such as days in arrears number of installment due amount within his/her region by area branch loan officer with the objective to identify tendencies and risks
