Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive - Residential Sales

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane

Number Of Vacancy : 4 nos Qualification: BMS,BBA,MBA Sales / Marketing

Skills Required:

- Must be willing to travel and do field work, having own conveyance with valid 2/4 wheeler license will be added advantage.

- Must be willing to work in target oriented environment.

- Business Development Executive, Interpersonal & negotiation skill, Self-motivated & ability to learn quickly.

- Career oriented & go better.

- Must have passion for sales & Flair to interact with people. Sound computer & internet knowledge.

- Experience in sales will be added advantage. Fresher can also apply.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
 
- Sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers.

- Handling international as well as local client to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in the Mumbai region.

- Searching for the new client apart from traffic on website by corporate visits and corporate tie- ups.

- Making Relationship with existing builders and doing new tie-ups with builders/developers. Meeting Targets with Monthly & Quarterly Deadliness & Business Development operations. Doing outbound calling to convert prospective clients into sales.

- Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.

- Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders. Collecting Brokerage from the Builder/Developer after sale of their project.

- Providing after sales services to client & assisting in Home Loans
