Property Pistol - Vice President - Digital Marketing (10-25 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing at our Leading Real Estate Company at Belapur, Navi Mumbai Location.
Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and hands on work experience in the real estate industry. Ideal candidates must be proficient on tools like Google Ads, Meta ads, Google ads editor. Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal Marketing teams.
Experience- 10+ Years into Digital Marketing as in Real Estate Industry
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 25 people including campaign and senior campaign managers.
- Capability to execute, monitor and optimize 200 google search campaigns.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal team
- Design and review the Marketing department's budget
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve overall ROI of the platforms
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
- Track competitors' activities
Requirements and skills :
- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, Google Adwords and Meta Ads
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic mindset and first principle thinker.
- Real estate experience is a must
