Our client is a marketplace for rental properties in all major cities in the country. Being the pioneers in this space, they have benefited from significant market adoption in Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities and have a solid network established.

The Job

- As a Property Manager dealing with rental spaces for a given geography, you will be the point of contact both for clients and the business with regards to the given area.


- You will be responsible for providing best-in-class services to both parties related to a transaction, running background checks for individuals, validating properties, forging strong ties with the area network and delivering seamless end-to-end support and services.


- You being the face of the business for the given region, you will make sure that the brand name is associated with positive experiences. Any critical feedback received will be escalated to relevant teams immediately for timely response and solutions.

The Profile

- You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service or related role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You can manage client expectations and have a detail oriented personality in order to avoid manual errors in verifications to a significant extent.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder with an attitude of staying updated with recent competitor trends in your space. This will give you an edge and help you grow fast.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
