Job Purpose :


Property Acquisition Manager needs to work with landlords, real estate Investors, developer and brokers to find new properties which can be taken by InstaOffice. The person would need to explain InstaOffice's Operating Model to such partners and also negotiate on behalf of InstaOffice.

The acquisition leader with proven experience of closing high value transactions. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as in collaboration with others to achieve a very high level of success in identifying and negotiating terms for accretive transactions. Our ideal managers are self-starters who embrace ambiguity, think big and bring their own uncompromising standard of excellence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Use a combination of a defined criteria list, your own decision-making skills and new found industry knowledge to priorities which properties are to be acquired on an exclusive basis.

- Adopt existing successful internal systems, processes and collateral to negotiate with owners or managers of high value properties from initial contact through to the securing of the contract.

- Work closely with the Activation department to organise the completion of a site assessment

- Work closely with the Marketing specialist to roll out a bespoke marketing campaign for each new location we secure exclusively, including the delegation of work to the Acquisitions Assistant (AA) (if any), and possibly even third party companies we contract from time-to-time.

- Interact with realtors, owners, corporate occupiers, IPCs with reference to our requirements to close transactions.

- Evaluate the properties by making realistic assessment of the area and growth trends in the region.

- Inspect each shortlisted property thoroughly to ensure it meets required standards and compliance.

- Handle deal structuring and negotiation of terms, including coordination with legal counsel.

- The ideal candidate will have direct experience negotiating high value asset transaction documents.

- Handling Client Inspections & Providing Documentation

- Independently handling commercial leasing activities, Sourcing leads, enquiries through business development activities
