Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The Pre-Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and support to potential buyers during the pre-sales phase of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized solutions to clients.
Objective :
To generate leads by making cold calls, understanding the needs and inviting the prospects for the site visit.
Responsibilities :
- Make calls to the prospects
- Understand the property investment/ buying need and then accordingly educate the prospect regarding the properties which match with their budgets and expectations.
- Having a good understanding of the connectivity, amenities, locations and the configuration.
- Continuous upgrading oneself on the neighboring projects.
- Inviting the prospects for the site visit.
- Staying in touch with the prospects till the prospect buys the property.
Interpersonal Skills :
- Communication, Rapport Building, Persuasion, Probing
Technical Skills Required -
- Having an experience is using CRM.
- Good understanding on using Excel sheets.
- Commercial Real Estate Sales Experience Is Highly Preferred.
Salary bracket - upto 30K to the deserving candidate plus incentives.
