Salary Offered: 20-35k per month plus incentives

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting tele-calling to connect with prospective leads, providing comprehensive project information, and resolving queries to schedule site visits effectively.
2. Assisting clients in making informed decisions aligned with their requirements by offering insights into various projects.
3. Managing lead acquisition, data administration, client onboarding, addressing grievances, and ensuring successful conversion rates.
4. Achieving set sales targets determined by the company.
5. Cultivating new customer relationships to drive sales and fostering existing customer connections to stimulate reference-based sales.
6. Facilitating both virtual and physical site visits.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in comprehending prospect requirements and presenting property solutions.
