Desired Candidate :
- Should at least be a graduate.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer with soft skill.
- Should have proven experience as a tele sales representative/ tele caller/ sales prospect officer.
- Should be proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have the ability to switch communication styles.
- The preferable sector is Real Estate, but Life Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or any other direct retail B2C profile may also be considered depending upon the candidate's work profile.
Job Description :
- Will be responsible for calling the customers and enquiring about their real estate requirements.
- Posing questions to comprehend client necessities.
- Explaining the projects to the client after understanding their requirements.
- Acquiring the details of every potential buyer and updating them into our system.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be responsible for generating prospective buyers from the leads provided every day.
- The candidate will be responsible for convincing the client to visit the site.
- Conveying all details of the prospective clients to the closure team for closing.
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
