Position : Retail Excellence Manager
Location :Ludhiana / Indore/ Lucknow
Reporting to: Zonal Head
Retail Excellence Manager Job Responsibilities:
REM will predominantly manage the Promoter and Buddy programs for the offline channel. You will play an integral part in nurturing both programs while coordinating with the sales teams to execute the sell-out operations.
Retail Excellence Manager Job Duties:
- Prepare daily Productivity reports of Promoters Buddy Program
- Analyze sell-through and sellout data to give actionable insights on performance improvement of bottom performers
- Prepare monthly PLA working for Promoters & TLs
- Coordination with the Sales Team to Execute the Sellout Operations
- Have to take responsibility for Promoter and MI Buddy Hygiene
- Proficiently Drive Affordability in the respective Zone (Brand EMI Schemes )
- Need to coordinate with the agency on hiring and payout issues.
- Support internal teams in coordination with various Manpower agencies
- Maintain correct databases in the system based on sales team input.
- Periodically Market Visits to Facilitate Sellout Operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Deep understanding in promoter program
- Passionate in Retail Sales and Operations
- Excellent understanding of promoter and affordability program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Must have managed a larger team and should be a team player
Qualification -Any Degree
Experience - 5+ years
Skills - Promoter program management, affordability, Team management, Agency management, and market strategy
Full-time or Part time - Full Time
Travel - Should be flexible
