Position : Sales Engineer

Job Summary : We are looking for a Sales Engineer with Excellent Communication Skills & Leads to Sales Conversion Skills

Location : Vasai (E)

Weekly Off : 1st & 3rd Saturday & all Sundays of the Month

Reporting to : Founder & CEO

Prolific 3D Tech is a 6 Year Young Company that provides Industrial/Technical Animation Services in Process, Installation, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance. We focus on leveraging 2D data of Machines and Products to create Stunning 3D animations and Rendered Images. We proudly serve clients - Various Machine manufacturers from Pharmaceuticals, Packaging and Food Segments, and Architectural segments.

We aim to create engaging Animation Content for our reputed clients, bringing Worldwide Recognition and ample business opportunities for them.

Job Profile :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Follow up with Leads from Digital Marketing Team and Inquiries & Convert them into Sales

- Understand the Clients requirements through Telephonic conversations, Emails, WhatsApp Messages & Meetings (Online/Offline), and communicate to Technical Team

- Do Research on Companies Interested in our services (leads, inquiries) in the quotation stage.

- Understanding the Scope of Project from Client and making MOM

- Coordinating with Engineers & Animation Team & Convey the Scope of the Project

- Preparing Quotations/Offers & Emailing the same to clients.

- Follow up with the Client after sending a Quotation, do the final Negotiation & Close the Deal.

- Visit for Marketing in Exhibitions & Present Company Services

- Handling Hubspot CRM and updating the communication with clients on the platform.

- Identifying the best-suited Industry after Market Research and preparation of Database.

- Analysing Best Target Audience for Digital Marketing Team and strategizing with them.

Candidate Profile :

1. Education :

B.E, Graduation (Candidates with Sales & Marketing Background Preferred)

2. Software Skills:

- Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office

- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

- CRM Software

3. Soft Skills :

- A Go-Getter who is open to New Ideas & can Multitask

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Command of the English Language

- Ability to Create & Deliver Presentation

- Fast Learner & Quick thinker

- Ability to Negotiate and Convince.

- Self-Motivated & Goal Oriented

- Excellent planning and organizing skills.

4. Experience :

1 Year - 3 years (Candidates with Sales Experience in Machinery Preferred)
