Reporting to VP - Solution Business
- 3-5 years relevant field sales experience
- Should have experience in selling measuring instruments
- Should have experience in selling to pharma, food customer segments
- Concept selling, Conversant with software's of the products handled.
- Graduation: B.E. Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical
- Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering
- B.Sc. + M.Sc. Physics / Electronics
- Post Graduation:- MBA Marketing or equivalent preferred
Attitude, Skills & Knowledge :
- Good influencing and persuading skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Needs to be self-motivated and self-driven
- Should possess the qualities of perseverance and patience
- Good Technical understanding and knowledge of measuring instruments
- Ready to travel on the field extensively
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned region to various customer segments. Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Region.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Proactive visits and pitching Saveris system to QA Dept with concept of continuous data monitoring of RH/Temp. Parameters in Production Area, Logistics i.e. Warehouse (RM, FG), Stability Chambers.
- Conducting live demo (hardware), explaining the software feature, trends, reports, functions which are relevant from user's point of view.
- Educating, selecting the BOQ with appropriate components and providing techno commercial proposal post demo and follow-up to receive Project Order.
- Complete responsibility is to be taken right from Concept to execution of the case/project.
- Exploring the success multiplication of projects, if customer has multiple manufacturing locations in India.
- Focus and planning to visit Pharma Industries, Food Manufacturing.
- Target QA / Logistics and Production Depts.
- Proactive coverage of entire assigned territory.
- Self- Support in leads generation and also the leads been bought by OS- GI and CP's of respective territories.
- Along with Standard Product solution, also strive for integration of various parameters, in our own systems or a complete package solution.
- Responsible for Sales target for assigned territory with that to Systems.
- Responsible from concept to execution of the project.
- Daily planning of visits and demonstrations.
- Weekly analysis on every Monday on the funnel & achievements.
- Track of business plan on 2nd date of every month.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Coordinate with service team to resolve service cases in your territory
Special Work Conditions - 80% travel required.
