Job Location : Pune (Baner).
Experience : 3+ Years.
Education - Engineering - Instrumentation / Electrical / BSc / MSc / Food Technologist in technical sales.
Note : Knowledge of Food Industry Compliance, Regulations, Norms, Standards, Law
System Integration (SI) Knowledge.
Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15days will be Preferred.
Job Description :
Main Responsibilities :
- Implementation of the Solution strategy and the positioning of organisation as a solution provider.
- All aspects of solution systems sales mainly for Food like QSR, Manufacturing, cold chains
- Optimizations of the acquisition process
Main tasks :
- Responsible for the marketing of holistic solutions for our Food customers
- Steers the sales activities in selected customer groups and identifies corresponding opportunities
- Defining and identifying potential target customers
- Establish long term customer relationships
- Lead and contact development up to successful closure
- Strategic positioning of company as a solution provider
- Analyses market development
- Focus and analyses market competitors
- Assuring and monitoring customers satisfaction
- Networking at relevant events / Lobbying
- Continuous optimization of business process
- Any reasonable management requests
Traveling Required - 80%.
