Project Sales Role - Pharma Sector - Measuring Instruments (3-5 yrs)

Note : 


- We are looking for Instrumentation Sales Engineer taking care of online monitoring systems in the industries like pharma, food, etc. May prefer to have worked in Companies handling Portable data loggers or online data logging system in previous organization in Sales or Service. Ready to take training at Pune & work from Pune for initial period.

Required : Project Sales Role.

Job Location : Pune(Should be ready to shift to Delhi after 3-6 Months).

Experience : 3 Years (Pharma sector - any region).

Education : BE/Diploma in Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Electronics.

Notice Period : Immediate or less than 15days will be Preferred.

Attitude, Skills & Knowledge :

- Good influencing and persuading skills

- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

- Needs to be self-motivated and self-driven

- Should possess the qualities of perseverance and patience

- Good Technical understanding and knowledge of measuring instruments

- Ready to travel on the field extensively

Summary :

- Should have experience in selling measuring instruments, Competitor Knowledge

- Should have experience in selling to Pharma market etc.

- Excellent value selling skills, Proven success in direct sales of complex technical Products and solutions,

- Knowledge of Pharma Industry Compliance, Regulations, Norms, Standards, Law,

- Project Management Skills, Some experience with C-level contacts, Technical competence incl. IT and Sensors Knowledge

Responsibilities :

- Focus and planning to visit Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences Industries (Like QSR, Pharma Warehouse/distribution centers, Hospitals, R&D Centers etc.)

- Target QA / Logistics and Production Depts.

- Proactive coverage of entire assigned territory.

- Self-Support in lead generation

- Along with Standard Product solution, also strive for integration of various parameters, in our own systems or a complete package solution.

- Responsible for Sales target for assigned territory

- Responsible from concept to execution of the project.

- Daily planning of visits and demonstrations to customers

- Weekly analysis on every Monday on the funnel & achievements.

- Monthly MIS

Additional Responsibilities :

- Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

- Follow-up for collection of payment.

- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

- Special Work Conditions : 80% travel required

Prerequisites :

- Ready to take training at Pune & work from Pune for initial period

- Should be ready to shift to Delhi after 3-6 Months
