Programmatic Advertising Operations/Digital Marketing Role (1-9 yrs)

We have multiple openings with multiple clients for both in Programmatic Profile and Ad Operation Profile for Junior to Senior level.

A) Programmatic Role Profile :

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly self-motivated Programmatic Lead to the team of innovative programmatic ad operations specialists.

- In this role, you will be responsible for driving scale and efficiency in programmatic operations.

- You will be the owner of transforming client's digital media buying from "manual" insertion order to data and technology driven buying, generating higher ROI for clients and higher revenue/margin.

- Working with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and automation at scale.

- Build out a road-map for what is required to grow the programmatic buying business moving forward

- Participate in business proposals, leading the programmatic element and supporting in new business acquisition

- Establish your position as a thought leader, with demonstrable thought leadership including a deep awareness of programmatic platforms and industry trends.

- Develop strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams (EMEA, US & APAC)

- Lead the training and growth of your local programmatic team

- Enforce DV360 and TrueView best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery

- Be accountable for consistent work delivery to all regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output

- Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges

- Oversee the hiring, training, and monitoring of technical operations staff

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization

- Mentor and motivate a technical team to put in their best effort to improve level of performance

- Liaise with other departmental heads to plan and implement action plans for improved technical operations

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technical processes, functions and requirements

- Implement efficient processes and standards.

2) Ad Operations Profile :

Responsibilities

- Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching and optimising of online advertising campaigns

- Forward creative specs to creative agencies and ensure creative is built correctly

- Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative and conversion tags) as well as report generation as per the campaign schedule

- Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management - Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers

Required Skills and Experience

- Ideally the candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, fresher/industry knowledge of 8-10 months/a minimum of 3 to 5 year relevant experience in ad traffic (A graduate with the right skills will be considered for the role)

- Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results

- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly

- Strong attention to detail, well organised and possesses the ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills

- Strong Excel proficiency preferred (only for experienced candidate)

- Knowledge of adserving technology vendors (DFA, Sizmek, Atlas) tools and systems is a plus but not mandatory(only for experienced candidate)

- Knowledge of HTML, flash and JavaScript would be an asset(only for experienced candidate)

- Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential
