Business Development Manager

- We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can do online bidding. You are responsible for creating and overseeing a bid a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal on behalf of organization to gain a business contract or offer of work. Your role is to ensure that bids are successful at a price at which the organization can make a profit.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Your primary role is to Generate IT leads through any sources like Email marketing, direct source, LinkedIn, upwork, freelancer, Guru, Pay per click and so on.

- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients.

- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition.

- Generating Business for Web, Mobile application, & Software designing & development Services, Virtual Reality Projects, etc.,

- Should have experience of any IT projects handled in the previous company

- Regular follow up with the clients regarding projects payments

- Create different project milestones for developers

- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.

- Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK/ Canada/ Australia/

- Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.

- Able to Communicate between the Client and the Technical team.

Requirements :

- BCA, M-Tech, B-Tech freshers can apply.

- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, freelancer)

- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.

- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, and Proposal making/writing, excellent communication & inter personal skills, Flair for business development.

- Strong communication and IT fluency

- Excellent time management and organization
