- 2-3 Yrs. Prior experience as Tele sales officer
- Generating sales from Cold calls and Client servicing calls
- Prior experience on reactivating dormant a/c.s will be preferred
- Strong personality and responsible approach in taking decisions
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good work email and telephone etiquette
- Fair experience in providing MIS on Ms Excel
- Client Management : Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Customer Retention : Identify & Activate all Dormant/ Dead/ Locked Dealers, ensure a downward trend in these numbers.
