Program Advisor - Inside Sales - Education (1-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers- needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Shift - 09 am - 6 pm
10 am - 7 pm
11 am - 8 pm
Work off's - all the Sunday's + 2 more off's during the month (in all 6 work off- s)
