Job description :

- Responsible for generating revenue through tele sales by Progcap program & concept pitching to retailers & distributors

- Bring in additional business opportunities by cross selling

- Coordinating with internal teams and retailers for case movement from login till disbursal by ensuring minimum TAT in the process.

- Inter department liaising with various functions of Progcap viz Credit team, post sanction team, disbursal team, tech team etc.

Skills required :

- Strong pitching, listening, relationship building and networking skills

- Effective English and Hindi communication skills

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Proactive in approach and driven to achieve the assigned sales target
