Roles and Responsibilities :
- Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criteria.
- Will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients
- Making International cold calls especially from the US Market
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Associate must have experience in outbound in US. Must have US calling
- Any Bachelor's degree/Undergraduate can apply
- Flexible to work in night shifts (Fixed Shift)
- Must have 1- 6 years of international customer support Experience (Voice)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
