Profit center In Charge - Sales - Automotive (10-15 yrs)

He or She will be the overall business head of outlet and responsible for business growth, expansion, manpower planning, infrastructure development and customer satisfaction.

- Degree in Mechanical

- Engineering or Automobile Engineering

- Graduate with MBA

- Prefer professional with 15 years- experience in automobile dealership workshop with diploma qualification or 10 years- experience with engineering qualification.

- Having minimum 10 years- experience in automobile dealership workshop if graduate with MBA.

- Also preference for candidates with hospitality background with team handling experience.

Detailed activities :

- Plan, organize, lead and control total Sales & Service management operations.

- Set and monitor service & Sales performance targets for workshop & outlet.

- Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends.

- Share customer satisfaction information with service personnel for countermeasure planning and monitoring.

- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings for analysis of key performance indicators (Sales, Sourcing, productivity, efficiency, labor earnings, parts consumed in workshop, etc.) and expenses.

- Provide monthly performance results to the higher authorities.

- Benchmarking of the Competition and strategy planning.

- Monitor complaint resolutions and analyze complaints generation, countermeasure for improvement.

- Plan and recruit workshop manpower. Plan and implement good HR practices like appraisal system, incentives, and recognition schemes.

- Set marketing strategies to target new business and fleet companies. Plan and execute special offers to enhance business.

- Ensure efficient service operations through providing adequate tools and equipment, and smooth workflow procedures.

- Maintain service and parts coordination through regular meetings with Spare Parts Team.

- Conduct analysis of market competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness.

- Promote customers satisfaction by planning effective appointment system, service reminder systems, loyalty programs like AMCs, etc.

- Monitor service shop environmental and safety issues.

- Ensure customer confidence is enhanced through a clean and orderly service operation.

- Ensure cleanliness of Outlet.

- Monitoring and Managing Vehicle's Stock

- Detailed analysis of Evaluation and RF Activity

- Conduct analysis of market competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness.

- Maintain 5S in Outlet

- Ensure customer confidence is enhanced through a clean and orderly service operation.

- Bring in ideas and events for better inflow of vehicles for Sales, Service, Carwash and present the same with the respective manager and conduct one such events.

- Make sure the reporting team brings in ideas, analyses the best idea to increase the total productivity of the outlet, present the same to the management and make sure such events are done one a weekly/ monthly basis.
