Desired Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of exp in Sales & BD in any of the IT Infra & IT System Integration company

- Good experience in Business Development, Bid preparation/Proposal preparation

- The candidate should be goal-oriented with a 'go-get it attitude, self-motivated and self-starter

- Good communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp the customers' pain points and tune discussions accordingly

- Experience in interacting with key decision-makers and influencers , Directors, GM/VPs is a must

- Exiting good relationships with OEM and distributor key professionals

- The candidate should be ambitious with a strong passion for sales and the intent to grow professionally

- Working experience in Corporate/Enterprise and Govt verticals are must.
