Role: Sales / Branch Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, Surat, Bangalore, Chennai, Rajkot and Salem
Exp: Minimum 3 yrs relevant in Sales/Business Development - SME Products (LAP/Equipment Funding/Machinery Funding/School-Institution Funding, Medical Equipment funding shall be an added advantage.
- Responsible for Sales of SME Products for PCPL
- Manage Relationship for portfolio of customers (Both Existing & New)
- Customer Service - Address walk in customers issues
- Cross Selling
- Managing Operations activity
- Deepening of existing customers and ensure retention of customers
- Generate referrals from internal database.
- Stakeholder management from Credit, RCU, Collections, F & A and Operations Teams
Competencies required:
- Good Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of SME products across NBFC.
