Product Trainer/Sales Trainer - FMCD (7-10 yrs)
Product Trainer required for an MNC firm in Consumer Durable industry based out of New Delhi.Candidates from related industry to be given preference .Other industry candidates can apply with below mentioned experience.
CTC upper limit is 10 lacs only .Higher salary candidates to excuse
- The person will be responsible for all product training to all sales staff at each of the sales branches and extend the knowledge through to the dealers.
- The person will be a product expert and shall impart complete knowledge of the product along with its solutions and - execute training plans.
- He shall be accountable for translating the product and marketing objectives into training modules
- He will be accountable for creating materials and other informative documents
- Will be responsible for creatively planning and executing training sessions
- He will also be responsible for co-ordinating and executing periodic customer research activities
