Product Trainer - Sales - Audio/Video (5-12 yrs)
Product Trainers/Sales Trainers required for Audio Video sales training segment (MNC client)
Position : Delhi NCR .
Candidates from technical sales training/pre sales training background preferred.
Qualification-B.tech mandatory
- The person will be responsible for Product Training to all sales staff at each of the Sales Branches and extend the knowledge through to the dealers.
- The person will be a Product expert and shall impart Complete knowledge of the product (and it's solutions) and execute training plans down to the dealer level.
- He will be responsible for translating the product and marketing objectives into training modules for :
a) Shop front people b) Sales Staff Will be responsible for creating materials and other informative documents necessary to educate the sales staff on product and solutions.
- Will be responsible for creatively planning and executing Training Sessions that motivate the sales staff and dealers. a) Region : Once every Quarter b) C Class cities : Two Every month
- He will also be responsible for Coordinating and executing periodic Customer Research activities with special help and support from SMAP to better understand our customers.
- He will be responsible to Plan and execute Hands-On activities at Shop Front and convert to sales.
- The Trainer must be able to explain the product and show customers benefits and solutions.
